We are a group of friends and family who in 2008 founded Evergreen Electric Vehicle Co. Inc. to demonstrate that Electric Vehicles were not a "someday" "future" technology but that they were available right now today.
We felt we could put our efforts to work and promote a "greener" less expensive alternative to current gas powered high cost work vehicles.
We chose to focus on State and County Park Systems, College and Corporate Campuses and the Municipal markets. By focusing our efforts here we could help control run away costs and fuel expenses and demonstrate how Economically sensible these vehicles are and how Environmentally friendly they are as well. We had one rule No Prototypes, No Experimentals just Ready To Drive. We are showing that Electric vehicles can save money on your budgets and promote a "Greener' economy. The Future will happen. We can talk about it. or We can chose to be engaged in it.
